Terms and Conditions

**All terms and conditions are strictly enforced.

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in our services will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms and conditions, please do not use this service.

House Rules
On arrival, guests shall first make payment for any outstanding balance before being allowed into the cottage.
Strictly NO smoking or vaping, except in designated areas outside the cottages.
No parties or events.
Strictly NO re-arranging of furniture in and outside the cottage.
Check-in time is between 3 pm - 8 pm (special arrangements can be made for Check-in after 8 pm).
Check-out time is 10:30 am. (Latest).
Pet owners are responsible for their pets at all times and dogs must be on leash when outside the cottage.
Before checking out, all dishes must be cleaned and put away in the cupboards.
All garbage must be disposed of in the designated bin outside of the cottage. Lids have to be secured on
the garbage cans at all times.
Guests shall clean the Barbeque after use with the help of the tools provided before checking out.
Guests have to bring their firewood.
All bonfires must be completely put out with water by midnight.
NO use of outdoor speakers at any time. Quiet time is in effect after 11 pm.
Strictly NO lighting or discharging of fireworks anywhere on the premises.
Please be mindful and respectful of other guests on the premises.
Parents must supervise children at all times.

Parking is limited to
- 4 vehicles for guests staying at Church or Grande cottages.
- 2 vehicles for guests staying at Petite Cottage.

Guests that are renting the Grande and Petite shall park their vehicles at all times in the large parking lot located at the back of the property. Parking at the front is prohibited at all times.
Paid public parking is available 5 min away for extra vehicles.

Cancellations
We have a strict cancellation policy.
Management requires 45 or more days' notice for any cancellations or changes in your reservation confirmation.
Deposit is only refundable in full for cancellations made 45 or more days before the check-in date.
